He holds a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Engineering from George Washington University\, Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech and Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University. He was selected into the Special Class for the Gifted Young of Xi’an Jiaotong University at the age of 15. He was recognized as the DC regional winner of 2023 Global Student Entrepreneur Award and one of the 2023 All America Chinese Youth Federation Top 30 Under 30 (AACYF30U30). Currently\, he serves as the president of Xi’an Jiaotong University Alumni Association of Washington D.C. \nFounded in 2023 by Dr. Lingchen Kong and Dr. Xitong Liu\, Ellexco LLC (www.ellex.co) is at the forefront of lithium extraction technology.
